John C. Berry
Biography
John C. Berry founded Colorado Luxury Realty in 2005 to serve the
needs of the discriminating buyer and seller. Previously, John served as
a member of the Colorado Association of REALTORS Legislative Policy
Committee and is currently the president of his home owners
association. He was formerly an employing broker with Keller
Williams-DTC, the top producing Keller Williams office in the state.
While at Keller Williams, John won a Bronze Award for top production
volume and several monthly top producer awards. John is a graduate of Denver's East High School and the University
of Colorado. A Colorado resident for over 20 years, John lives with his
wife, Dana and two sons Connor & Lawson, in Centennial. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling,
golf, sailing, snorkeling and the arts.
Previously, John worked for the office of Gov. Bill Owens for
nearly five years, serving first as policy analyst in the Governor's
Office and most recently as Deputy Director for Business Development in
the Office of Innovation and Technology. John was responsible for
creating new technology partnerships between the State of Colorado and
high-tech corporations located within and outside of Colorado. He
assisted in the Colorado relocation and expansion of many major
corporations. Additionally, John served on numerous committees and
boards on behalf of the Governor.
John is highly familiar with many of Denver's finest neighborhoods,
including Cherry Creek, Bonnie Brae, the University of Denver area,
Park Hill, Belcaro, Country Club, LoDo, Uptown, Highland, Washington
Park, Lowry, Stapleton, DTC and more. From his experiences in corporate
relocation while at the Governor's Office, John is an expert in
commercial property transactions and tenant representation and sales.
John is involved in numerous charities, including serving as a
committee member for Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital's Mutts &
Models fundraiser event. He and Dana also participated in a medical
mission trip to Peru in 2006.
