Mark has been a lender for 20 years. He is uniquely qualified in the retail lending business as one of a handful of Loan Officers who have worked both sides of the desk; he has managed underwriting/approvals for lenders, and he now packages deals to lenders for underwriting. With the knowledge and experience of thousands of loan situations and the ability to anticipate issues in the process, he is able to close the loans many others cannot and present a smooth experience to the borrower.
